Jay Shah
Principal
Jay Shah (Menlo Park) joined KKR in 2022 and is a Principal on the KKR Capstone team. Mr. Shah focuses on commercial and operational value creation efforts within KKR’s software portfolio companies in the U.S. Since joining Capstone, he has worked with portfolio companies Alludo, Outsystems, Simon & Schuster, and Wella, among others. Previously, he was an investment professional at Sycamore Partners and a consultant with McKinsey & Company. He holds a BS in Computer Science and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
