Joy Lim
Principal
Joy Lim (Menlo Park) joined KKR in 2018 and is a Principal on the KKR Capstone team. She has partnered with a number of KKR's portfolio companies on commercial and operational value creation, including Optiv, Crosby and Envision. Prior to joining KKR, she was a consultant with McKinsey in Philadelphia, where she worked with clients across multiple industries. She received a BA with honors from Columbia University.
