Jyo Sinha

Jyo Sinha (Menlo Park) joined KKR in 2014 and is a Managing Director within KKR Capstone. Mr. Sinha leads KKR Capstone’s commercial and operational value creation efforts within KKR’s Software portfolio companies in the US. He partners with the Software investment team across the full deal lifecycle, from the upfront development of the investment theses and diligence underwrite to the post investment value creation efforts. Since joining KKR Capstone, he has worked with KKR's Software portfolio companies such as Omnissa, Epicor, BMC, ForgeRock, Jitterbit, OutSystems, Cloudera, Barracuda, Koerber Supply Chain, Alchemer, Level Access, Forgerock, and ReliaQuest amongst others. Previously, he was at the Boston Consulting Group where he worked across healthcare, retail, consumer & industrial goods. He holds a BSE in Industrial & Operations Engineering and a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
