Kelly Galligan

Kelly Galligan (New York) joined KKR in 2022 as General Counsel for the firm’s Real Estate business. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Galligan spent fifteen years at AIG Investments, initially on the equity real estate team where she served as deputy general counsel. In 2018, Ms. Galligan joined AIG's real estate finance business as the head of U.S. commercial real estate, legal. Her early career experience included working in private practice at Cahill and Proskauer and as a vice president of fixed income at Merrill Lynch. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Peter's University and a J.D. from Albany Law School, where she served as editor for state constitutional commentary of the Albany Law Review.
