Koki Chigusa
Principal
Koki Chigusa (New York) joined KKR in 2017 and is a member of the Industrials industry team within KKR's Private Equity platform in the Americas. Previously, Mr. Chigusa was based in the firm’s Tokyo office. Mr. Chigusa has been involved in the firm's investments in AlphaTheta (formerly Pioneer DJ) and Marelli (formerly Calsonic Kansei). Prior to joining KKR, he worked on BofA Securities Japan's (formerly Merrill Lynch Japan Securities) investment banking team, where he was involved in cross-border M&A deals. He holds a B.S. in Economics from Keio University.
