Mahek Mehta

Mahek Mehta (Menlo Park) joined KKR in 2019 and is a member of the Climate team within the firm’s Infrastructure business. Mr. Mehta currently focuses on KKR's climate and energy-transition investments in North America. Previously, he spent five years in Asia and was involved with KKR's infrastructure investments across the region including Virescent Infrastructure, Indigrid Trust, Hero Future Energies and Serentica Renewables in India, Central Tank Terminal in Japan and Ritchies Transport in New Zealand. Prior to joining KKR, he was with EIG Global Energy Partners in Washington DC, where he was responsible for investments in the North American energy infrastructure sector. Prior to EIG, Mr. Mehta was with Credit Suisse in its energy investment banking group based in Houston, Texas. He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
