Mark Giugliano

Mark Giugliano (New York) joined KKR in 2022 as corporate counsel in the Legal Department. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Giugliano was a member of the finance and corporate legal team at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, focusing on a wide array of public company advisory, corporate financing and bank regulatory matters. From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Giugliano was a corporate attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York, where he advised financial institutions in connection with bank regulatory matters and capital markets transactions. Mr. Giugliano received a B.S. in Economics and a B.S. in Finance from the Villanova School of Business and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
