Mary Shaw

Mary Shaw (New York) joined KKR in 2008 and is a Director on the Tax team within Global Finance. She oversees the tax reporting for the firm’s public company along with all fund structures. Previously, she worked with KKR's family office team, focusing on individual, estate and gift tax planning and compliance. Prior to joining KKR, she was a firm director in the private equity group of Deloitte Tax LLP. Mrs. Shaw graduated from St. Francis College with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and earned her Master’s Degree in Taxation from Pace University. She is licensed in the state of New York as a Certified Public Accountant.
