Melanie Minadis

Melanie Minadis (New York) joined KKR in 2019 and is a member of the Human Capital team with a focus on Human Capital technology and transformation. Prior to joining KKR, she was a member of the Workday consulting practice at IBM. Previously, she worked as a human resources generalist at both Davidson Kempner Capital Management and General Atlantic. She received a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies along with minors in both Business and Psychology from Indiana University, Bloomington.
