Nonie Lame
Managing Director, Human Capital
Nonie Lame (New York) joined KKR in 2013 in Human Capital and is the HC Generalist working with the Business Operations groups. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Lame spent over 9 years in a wide range of HR roles. Ms. Lame came to KKR from Jefferies & Company, where she was a senior vice president and head of HR for fixed income, equity and equity research. Earlier in her career, Ms. Lame had a variety of HR roles at Credit Suisse including campus recruiting, talent management and learning & development. Ms. Lame holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
