Rafael Romeo Guillén (London) joined KKR in 2018 and is a Director on the European Infrastructure team. At KKR, Mr. Romeo has been involved in a broad range of investments, including Greenvolt, Albioma, Northumbrian Water, Reintel, John Laing, Open Dutch Fiber (ODF), ADNOC Oil Pipelines, Q-Park, X-Elio, Acciona Energia Internacional and Ignis P2X. He currently serves as Board member at ODF, Reintel and Ignis P2X. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Romeo worked at Goldman Sachs' investment banking division in London and Madrid focusing on mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions in the natural resources space. Mr. Romeo holds a Masters in Civil Engineering from L’Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
