Sandeep Sharma (Mumbai) joined KKR in 2022 and leads digital value creation for KKR Capstone in India and South East Asia. Mr. Sharma partners with Asia Private Equity teams on technology-led portfolio value creation and investment diligence across technology services, software, healthcare and consumer sectors. He has worked on several of KKR's investments, including Ness Digital, Infinx, Medical Saigon Group and Lighthouse Learning. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Sharma was an associate partner and a leader in the digital practice at McKinsey & Company in India. Before that, he was an engineering leader at Oracle Corporation in North America and Europe. Mr. Sharma received a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
