Thomas Chen
Principal
Tom Chen (New York) joined KKR in 2021 and is a Principal on the KKR Capstone team, where he drives value creation within KKR's portfolio companies and also evaluates investment opportunities. Prior to joining KKR, he was a management consultant with BCG in its Sydney office. Mr. Chen received B.Com. and LL.B. degrees from the University of Sydney, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
