Managing Director, Head of Insurance-Funded Product Strategies
Whitney Sparks (New York) joined KKR in 2024 and is a Managing Director. She serves as Head of the Global Insurance-Funded Product Strategies team within Global Client Solutions. In her role, she is responsible for developing and executing a strategy to raise third-party capital to support KKR-subsidiary Global Atlantic’s growth, partnering closely with Global Atlantic’s institutional business and KKR’s clients. Previously, Ms. Sparks was a managing director on the corporate development team at Global Atlantic. In her tenure at Global Atlantic, she worked in various capacities across strategy, capital markets, and investor relations. Prior to joining Global Atlantic, Ms. Sparks worked in the securities division at Goldman Sachs. She holds a B.A in Commerce, Organization and Entrepreneurship from Brown University.
