Xiaohan Liu

Xiaohan Liu (Beijing) joined KKR in 2023 and is a Director on the KKR Capital Markets team. He is responsible for the execution of equity and debt-related transactions for KKR acquisitions, KKR portfolio companies as well as third party clients in Greater China. His transaction experience includes NVC Lighting, Quanyi Health, ZJLD and Real Estate financing projects. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Liu worked at China Minsheng Bank, Standard Charted Bank, Volkswagen Finance and Macquarie Leasing. He holds a BSc in Economics from London School of Economics and is a CFA Charterholder.
